Role Overview
The Business Relationship Executive will be the face of EaseMyTrip, responsible for visiting
prospective partners, presenting our products and services, building strong business
relationships, and ensuring seamless partner onboarding and activation. The role requires
excellent communication skills, professional grooming, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective partners and business establishments.
Present EaseMyTrip's products, services, and value proposition.
Complete partner onboarding, KYC, and documentation.
Train partners on platform usage and booking processes.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Resolve basic partner queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Achieve onboarding and partner activation targets.
Gather market feedback and identify business opportunities.
Desired Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
0–5 years of experience in Hospitality, Aviation, Travel, Customer Service, Public
Relations, Luxury Retail, or Relationship Management.
Candidates with backgrounds similar to Airline Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Guest
Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality are preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and personality may also be
considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
