Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Recruiter to support our logistics operations by hiring pickup bikers. Freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building or growing their career in the logistics industry are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for pickup biker positions through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and field hiring
- Screen candidates for basic eligibility and documentation
- Coordinate interviews, joining, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports
- Coordinate with operations teams for manpower requirements
- Handle replacement and bulk hiring needs
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Required Skills:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
- Experience in logistics or field hiring is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Willingness to work on targets and field recruitment
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and responsible attitude
