Key Responsibilities:Product Development (PD):
- Coordinate with buyers for new developments, samples, and approvals
- Handle proto, fit, PP, and shipment sample developments
- Work closely with design, sourcing, and sampling teams for timely execution
- Understand buyer requirements and translate them into production-ready developments
Production Merchandising:
- Monitor production activities to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams for smooth order execution
- Track order status from order confirmation to final shipment
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and buyer requirements
Costing & TNA Management:
- Prepare accurate garment costing sheets
- Develop and maintain TNA (Time & Action Calendar) for all orders
- Follow up with internal departments to achieve critical deadlines
- Ensure timely approvals and execution as per buyer schedule
Buyer Communication:
- Handle daily communication with buyers professionally
- Share order updates, approvals, shipment status, and production reports
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers through effective coordination
Fabric & Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Knits fabric, garment construction, and production processes
- Coordinate fabric sourcing and approvals with vendors and mills
- Identify and resolve fabric or production-related issues proactively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in an apparel export house
- Strong knowledge of Knits garments and fabric
- Good understanding of PD, production merchandising, costing, and TNA
