Key Responsiblities:
Project Execution (I&C)
- Lead installation, integration, and commissioning of communication systems across defence sites
- Manage deployment of:
- Multi-Channel Radio Relay (MCRR)
- High-Capacity Radio Relay (HCRR)
- Tactical MANET Radios
- Microwave and P2P/P2MP systems
- UHF/VHF communication systems
2. Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- Manage AMC/CMC contracts for deployed systems
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure up time, performance monitoring, and fault resolution
- Handle lifecycle support for 500–1000+ fielded equipment
3. System Integration & Technical Leadership
- Lead network design, RF planning, and system integration
- Integrate multi-layer communication systems (IP, RF, video, data)
- Conduct fault analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Ensure seamless interoperability across platforms
4. Project & Team Management
- Lead cross-functional teams under strict timelines and high-pressure environments
- Manage manpower, logistics, spares, and field operations
- Maintain MIS reports, project documentation, and client communication
5. Client & Field Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Indian Army, Air Force
- MHA / Paramilitary Forces
- Deploy systems in forward and remote operational areas
- Provide technical support during trials, demos, and operation.
Candidate Profile:
- Executing experience of Minimum 20+ turnkey projects
- Hands-on experience with large-scale communication deployments
- Proven ability to handle complex technical and operational challenges
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Commercial understanding of project execution
- Experience in Defence / Telecom / Wireless Communication industry
- Exposure to Army / CAPF / Defence projects
- Willingness to travel extensively across India, including remote and high-risk areas.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
