JOB SUMMARY
The Software Support Executive is responsible for the deployment and support of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and education software. The role involves working closely with customers and internal product development teams to ensure seamless performance and user satisfaction across multiple devices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy and provide support for LMS and education software
- Coordinate with customers and the product development team
- Ensure smooth execution of software and applications across multiple devices
- Maintain support documentation and FAQs for common issues
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Postgraduate Degree (MCA/PG) in Computer Science or a related field
· 2–3 years of experience managing and supporting software applications
· Experience working with EdTech or online education applications
· Hands-on experience in deployment and support of EdTech applications will be preferred.
KEY SKILLS
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of LMS platforms and education software
- Ability to work across multiple devices and platforms
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Odia.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
