Position: Senior IT Executive
Location: Naigaon, Vasai, Maharashtra
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech/ B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Salary: Up to 45000/-
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, network devices, and Wi-Fi.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, and access management.
- Ensure network security, antivirus, backups, firewall, and data protection.
- Support ERP, HRMS, payroll, and other business applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and AMC/vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and support.
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure system uptime.
Skills Required
- Windows Server & Microsoft 365 Administration
- Networking (LAN/WAN), Firewall & VPN
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- ERP/HRMS Support
- Backup & Cybersecurity
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing industry with the ability to independently manage day-to-day IT operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
