Job Description – Telecaller
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with strong communication skills to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and supporting sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
- Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication.
- Sales closure support: Assist in converting leads into confirmed sales.
- Database management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Customer relationship: Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Target achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and visits targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages.
- Persuasion ability: Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Team collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and rewards for achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
