We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure projects to support project planning, execution, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have exposure to infrastructure projects involving networking, security, servers, cloud, or data center technologies and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and schedules.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, MOMs, trackers, and status reports.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, vendors, and customers.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure project timelines are met.
- Assist Project Managers in resource planning and project execution.
- Track project risks, issues, and escalations.
- Support project closure activities and documentation handover.
- Maintain project dashboards and management reports.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in IT Infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of Networking, Security, Server, Storage, Cloud, or Data Center environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Engineering / IT Graduate
- Exposure to project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar tools will be an advantage.
