We are looking for an experienced Senior Draughtsman to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating with architects, consultants, and clients, and ensuring high-quality project documentation in line with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept, schematic, DD1, DD2, and execution drawings.
- Update and review drawings as per client and consultant inputs.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Prepare presentations and approval documentation.
- Resolve site-related drawing queries.
- Ensure drawing quality and compliance with company standards.
- Mentor junior draughtsman and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of architectural drafting experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and detailing.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
