- Understanding the services offered by the Company.
- Calling new & existing clients and counseling them about the program.
- Updating the database with all client information.
- Using a sales script to handle clients efficiently.
- Building a strong relationship with new and existing clients.
- Voice process – calling students and converting them into admissions.
- Targets – team targets to be achieved by 5–6 members.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Answering client questions regarding the services offered by the company.
- Adhering to company rules & regulations.
- Consistently meeting the goals set for each Career Counselor.
- Must have strong interpersonal sensitivities and skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
