Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance sales, client acquisition, policy advisory, and relationship management. The role requires achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Promote and sell insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist customers with policy documentation and renewals.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance sales.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
