Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in computer hardware, networking, servers, firewalls, and ISP coordination, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, managed switches, and access points.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain hardware firewalls (such as FortiGate) and software security solutions(such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint).
- Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, file sharing, backups, and user accounts.
- Coordinate with ISP providers for internet connectivity, leased lines, broadband, static IPs, and issue resolution.
- Monitor network performance, security, and system availability.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and data backup/recovery.
- Provide technical support to users and maintain IT documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or certification in Computer Hardware, Networking, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and network administration.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate or similar hardware firewalls.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Windows Security, or other endpoint protection solutions.
- Experience configuring routers, managed switches, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server administration.
- Ability to coordinate with ISP providers and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Freshers with strong networking and hardware knowledge may also apply.
Salary
- The salary package depending on experience, technical skills, and certifications.
- Final salary will be discussed during the live interview.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
