What You'll Own
- Revenue, collections, and team productivity.
- Coaching through role plays, field support, and deal strategy.
- Pipeline health and forecasting.
- Recruitment and onboarding of sales talent.
- Performance reviews and capability development.
- Daily execution discipline across CRM, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversions.
- Cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience.

We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of consultative sales experience with at least 3 years leading teams.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue through teams.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and lead by example.
- Experience in premium real estate, wealth advisory, luxury sales, or high-value consultative sales is preferred.
We're not looking for someone to manage a team.
We're looking for someone who can build one.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
