Job description:
The MEP Head is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all Maintenance, Electrical, and Plumbing works in the organization/project. The role ensures smooth execution, compliance with standards, and timely completion of all MEP activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all MEP (Maintenance, Electrical & Plumbing) operations and maintenance
- Plan and execute MEP work as per project requirements and timelines
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other departments
- Manage MEP team, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and monitor expenses
- Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
- Maintain proper documentation and reports of MEP activities
- Ensure energy efficiency and cost optimization
Skills Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
- Leadership and team management skills

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with relevant experience
- ITI (Electrician/Plumber/Mechanical): Considered with extensive hands-on experience and supervisory skills
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP works

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
