Job Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, confident, well-presented Sales Girl with 1 year of experience who can handle B2C customers, assist during showroom visits, appear in basic video shoots/reels, and make outbound calls to invite customers to our Diamond Kitty Club.
This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, understands fashion/jewellery, and enjoys both showroom sales and customer engagement calls.
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Sales & Customer Handling
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach
- Understand their jewellery preferences and suggest suitable diamond pieces
- Explain design details, pricing, offers, and certification
- Help in trials, product showcase, and overall showroom experience
- Maintain display counters and follow showroom hygiene standards
Customer Calling & Kitty Club Enrollment
- Make daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
- Explain Dhanvi / Premio Kitty Club benefits, rules, offers & joining process
- Convince customers to join the monthly kitty plan
- Maintain follow-up list and call logs
- Build relationships and maintain trust with premium clients
Camera/Content Responsibilities
- Be comfortable appearing in:
- short videos
- try-on shoots
- reels
- client testimonial videos
- Assist the team in creating basic content when required

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati optional)
- Strong persuasion & customer-handling ability
- Camera-friendly and presentable
- Good voice tone for calling
- Ability to understand customer psychology

Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience in sales, jewellery, retail, fashion, or calling is a plus
