Coordinator or EA for Branded Garment manufacturing company
- Coordinate executive communications, calls
- Prepare documents for team members
- Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Organize company events
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or operations coordinator or personal assistant to CEO/MD
- EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP ATTITUDE
- Microsoft Office skills(Excel and Word)
- Languages (Read, write, Spoken) : English
- Other Language Advantage (Spoken) : TAMIL, HINDI, TELUGU
