Yeti is looking for a Sales Intern who can support lead generation, reach out to potential customers, schedule demos, follow up with prospects, and help convert businesses into Yeti users. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn SaaS sales, WhatsApp marketing, automation, CRM, and startup growth from the ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and find potential businesses that can use Yeti.
- Create and maintain a lead database on our internal Yeti CRM.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, or email.
- Explain Yeti in simple business language.
- Schedule demos for the team.
- Follow up with interested leads after demos.
- Update lead status regularly in the sales tracker/CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and note them clearly.
- Share common objections, questions, and feedback with the Sales Head.
- Support in preparing basic proposals, messages, and follow-up templates.
- Help maintain daily sales reports.
Desired Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Gujarati.
- Should have a basic knowledge of tech, and also be well-versed in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
- Confident in talking to business owners and decision-makers.
- Interested in sales, startups, SaaS, marketing, and technology.
- Comfortable with calling, messaging, and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of social media, WhatsApp Business, CRM, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Organised with lead tracking and daily reporting.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
- Able to handle rejection without losing energy.
- Good at explaining things simply.
