The Reservation and Ticketing Executive will oversee and manage the booking and ticketing operations for air, rail, and other travel services. This role requires expertise in reservation systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle complex itineraries efficiently. The executive will also mentor junior staff and ensure smooth operations in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and ticketing for domestic and international travel, including flights, trains.
- Provide high-quality customer service, resolving booking issues, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Handle complex itineraries, multi-leg bookings, and group reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and refunds in the reservation system.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with airline, rail, and travel agency policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and partner agencies to manage bookings and resolve discrepancies.
- Mentor and guide junior reservation staff, providing training on ticketing systems and customer service standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, fare rules, and system updates to maximize operational efficiency.
- Assist in generating reports on bookings, cancellations, revenue, and customer trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, IATA ,Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reservations and ticketing
- Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of airline, rail ticketing rules and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
