Job Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners via calls and consultations.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable Scaler programs.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the enrollment journey.
- Explain the value proposition of Scaler's courses and mentorship programs.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- 1–6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for sales and target achievement.
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech preferred).
Good to Have:
- Experience in EdTech, IT Services, or Tech Product Sales.
- Knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM.
- Experience handling high-value sales (ticket size above ₹50,000).
- Exposure to K12 or Higher Education domain.
