The Front Desk Executive is responsible for handling reception activities, welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and supporting daily front office operations. The role requires good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage daily reception desk activities and keep the front office organized.
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond to visitor and customer queries and provide necessary information.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Assist with basic payment processing and billing activities when needed.
- Follow company policies and maintain security procedures at the reception area.
