About the Role
Bassik Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple hospitality and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Generate leads, reservations, conversions, and sales
- Plan, launch, test, and scale ad campaigns
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking tools
- Create audience targeting and retargeting campaigns
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Relevant Digital Marketing Certifications preferred
- Proven experience generating leads and conversions
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, analytics, and ROAS
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
- Experience handling multiple advertising accounts is preferred
Important
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous campaign results, case studies, ad account experience, or portfolio during the interview process.
- This is a performance-focused role, and measurable results are expected.
- Candidates who have only handled content posting, boosting posts, or basic social media management without running conversion-focused ad campaigns need not apply.
