Job description:
Position: Service Advisor
Experience: From 6 months experience can apply
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare service job cards and explain service details to customers.
Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
Update customers on service status and estimated completion time.
Explain completed work and deliver vehicles to customers.
Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain service records and follow company procedures.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of cars and vehicle maintenance.
Ability to coordinate with customers and service teams.
