About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Zoho Books and bookkeeping practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities using Zoho Books.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Generate GST reports and assist in tax compliance activities.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting processes.
- Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
- Assist with audits and financial documentation.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer receipts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
