We are currently hiring IN-VAS Support Engineers with 3 years of experience for our Hyderabad location.
Requirements
- Monitor all databases and applications
- Maintenance of application
- Expert in trouble shooting with respect to applications and systems
- Follow SLA’s
- L1 level analysis troubleshooting of issues and timely escalations
- Reporting of issues to internal engineering team and get the issues resolved
- Execution of internal UAT for all new products
Requirements
- Need technical expertise, specifically with Linux/ UNIX
- Good working knowledge in MYSQL
- Analytical skills are required to be able to examine error logs, system performance data
- Experience in IN - VAS engineers from Telecom sector is preferred
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
