Job Summary
PayFX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales Leadership
- Identify and onboard new clients, merchants, and partners to expand PayFX's market presence.
- Drive the adoption of PayFX's payment solutions among businesses in Hyderabad.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
2. Key Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, banks, fintech partners, and distributors.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure smooth business operations.
3. Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management protocols.
- Oversee regional operations and support functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the Hyderabad market.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
