Experience: 8–12 Years in automotive / manufacturing industry
Qualification: MBA/MSW/PGDM (HR)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage employee engagement, training, and performance management.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Factory Act, etc.).
- Maintain healthy industrial relations and grievance handling.
- Oversee HR operations, payroll inputs, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Drive employee welfare, safety culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly HR MIS and dashboards.
Key Requirements
- 8–12 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, IR, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS.
