We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead end-to-end execution of exhibitions and event setups across India. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in the event or exhibition industry, with strong expertise in vendor coordination, on-ground execution, and managing multiple projects within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end production for exhibitions, events, and stall setups
- Coordinate all technical aspects including fabrication, AV, sound, lighting, and other production requirements
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring
- Supervise on-site installation, execution, and dismantling activities
- Conduct venue recce to evaluate technical feasibility and operational requirements
- Develop detailed production timelines, budgets, and BOQs
- Manage on-site manpower including labour, supervisors, and technical crew
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards during execution
- Oversee technical operations during live events and resolve any on-ground challenges
- Maintain proper post-event documentation, reporting, and vendor closures
Required Candidate Profile
- Prior experience with an event management or exhibition company is essential
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in production, operations, or event execution
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for projects and exhibitions
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and large-scale setups
- Working knowledge of fabrication processes, AV systems, and technical production
- Basic understanding of budgeting, costing, and vendor management
Salary could be negotiated based on expeirence
