Key Responsibilities
- Representation support before AO
- Appeals before CIT(A)
- Appearance and assistance in ITAT matters
- Drafting submissions, appeals, and litigation strategy
- Assisting in tax research and litigation documentation
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of Income Tax Act
- Interest in litigation, drafting and representation
- Long-term vision to build a career in Direct Tax
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Basic understanding or exposure to Direct Tax / Income Tax matters preferred
- Candidates with experience or strong interest in Income Tax litigation, drafting, appeals, and tax research will be preferred
- Prior exposure to CA firms, taxation firms, or tax-related legal work will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
