Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist / Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The candidate should have intermediate knowledge in Power BI, SQL, Python, and data analytics concepts to support business decision-making through insights and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
* Create interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
* Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
* Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting
* Work with Excel and databases for data management and reporting
* Use Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data analysis
* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
* Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting standards
* Support automation and optimization of reporting processes
Required Skills
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
* Strong understanding of Data Analysis concepts
* Good knowledge of SQL queries, joins, and database concepts
* Knowledge of Python for data analysis
* Experience with Microsoft Excel functions and reporting
* Understanding of data visualization techniques
* Basic knowledge of statistics and business intelligence concepts
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
