Experience :- 3 to 5 Years
3-5 years of hands-on site execution experience in high-rise residential RCC structures (minimum G+12) with a contractor or EPC firm
Strong knowledge of RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plaster, and waterproofing sequence
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings (architectural, structural) and coordinate with consultants for clarifications
Experience in preparing and checking daily progress reports, labour productivity, and basic material reconciliation at site
Exposure to bar bending schedule (BBS) checking and quantity take-off for civil works
Working knowledge of site safety practices and quality checklists as per IS codes and company standards
Willingness to work full-time from site in Ravet and manage multiple work fronts with subcontractors and labour
Proficiency in basic MS Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and billing support
