About Us
We are an established, high-end boutique in Bathinda specializing in unique floral artistry and premium custom cakes. Having successfully served our community for the past 10 years, we are now entering an exciting phase of growth and automation. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and tech-savvy local Store Manager to join our team and handle daily store operations, billing, and inventory systems.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Billing & Tech Management: Handle daily customer billing using our simple, tablet or computer -based Point of Sale (POS) system (No complex computer coding required).
Inventory Tracking: Log incoming raw materials (baking supplies, fresh flower stock) into the tablet app to keep stock levels updated.
Customer Service: Greet walk-in clients warmly, assist them with cake and flower selections, and handle inquiries coming in through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Daily Reports: Provide a simple daily and weekly sales and stock summary to the business owner.
Store Presentation: Ensure the display areas for both cakes and flowers look clean, organized, and beautiful every day.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Tech-Comfortable: You must be highly proficient with smartphones, tablets, and daily apps (like WhatsApp Business and Instagram).
Location: Preferably living in Bathinda or within easy commuting distance to the 100 feet Road, Bathinda
Communication: Polite, welcoming, and fluent in English Punjabi and Hindi.
Trustworthy & Responsible: Honest, punctual, and capable of managing cash and digital payments responsibly.
