About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless employee experience. Experience in a startup or FinTech environment will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and coordinate pre-joining activities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS, and hiring dashboards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
- Handle employee confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Support payroll by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Performance & HR Support
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and recruitment analytics for management.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in FinTech, BFSI, SaaS, IT, or startup organizations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
