- Generate and qualify student leads through outbound callings, inquiries, referrals, events, and digital campaigns.
- Contact prospective students and parents to understand their educational needs.
- Explain course offerings and collect relevant information from interested candidates.
- Schedule counseling sessions or admission appointments for the admissions team.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with inquiries to nurture interest and increase conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure timely lead handling.
- Meet monthly lead generation and qualification targets.
Skills Required
