Tele Sales Executive – Ace Quads Pvt Ltd
We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The main role is to talk with customers on calls, explain our products/services, and help increase sales while giving good customer support.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to new and existing customers to explain products and services
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details in CRM/software
- Build good relationships with customers for repeat business
- Answer customer questions and solve issues professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services and customer support
Requirements:
- Only experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and hardworking
Work Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
