Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, client relationship management, and sales skills to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Present company services, design solutions, and project proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM or reports.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–4 years of sales experience in the Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Home Décor, Architecture, or Construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for client meetings will be an added advantage.
