About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage Investment activities and Accounting & Financial Operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial analysis skills, investment evaluation capabilities, and hands-on accounting expertise. This role offers exposure to strategic investments, financial reporting, treasury management, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Investment & Corporate Finance
- Evaluate investment opportunities across listed and unlisted companies.
- Perform financial modelling, company valuation and investment analysis.
- Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence.
- Monitor investment portfolio performance and provide periodic analysis.
- Analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor performance.
- Assist senior management in strategic financial planning and investment decisions.
Accounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, and working capital.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory returns.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling and company valuation techniques.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of capital markets, equity research, and investment analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Financial Advisory.
- Experience in handling accounting, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
- Exposure to M&A transactions, valuations, fundraising, or strategic investments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
