• Analyze and understand business requirements, functional flows, and process dependencies to ensure complete testing coverage across applications and business scenarios. • Translate business requirements into detailed test requirements, test scenarios, test conditions, and acceptance criteria. • Review user stories and business requirements to ensure all business rules, validations, and functional expectations are clearly defined and testable. • Coordinate with Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and project stakeholders for sprint planning, status tracking, dependency management, and issue resolution. • Support regression planning and validation activities to ensure stability of critical business functionalities during releases and enhancements. • Possess strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, user story management, and requirement analysis techniques such as use cases, process flows, and business scenarios. • To deliver the program as per the strategy laid off by the integrated program SPOC • Interaction with the TML team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues • Consolidate and report metrics for project activities. • Knowledge Management on the project • Report on project status to the Delivery or Program Manager • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and testing teams to gather, validate, and clarify requirements
