Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Sales & Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers.
- Introduce company services and generate business leads.
- Follow up with clients regarding proposals, quotations, and meetings.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain daily call reports and activity trackers.
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good listening and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to maintain records and reports accurately.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Experience working with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
