Purpose of the Role - To implement maintenance processes and plan, schedule & manage all activities related to planned and unplanned maintenance systems and facilities, in a safe, efficient, and timely manner to ensure effective execution of maintenance work at site, as per the established REAM processes and procedures as well as overall operations quality, safety and regulatory frameworks

- Plan and schedule all maintenance jobs at plant, and manage the efficient utilization of resources (manpower, material, services, pooled assets, etc.) to carry out the jobs; Modify plan and schedule as necessary to accommodate resource constraints and other unplanned/ emergency jobs
- Issue daily & weekly maintenance schedules and manage any backlog effectively; Implement a risk-based approach in routine maintenance planning
- Prepare the REAM annual plan and budget and maintain multi-year plan for the plant in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Perform inventory modelling as well as review/ fix levels of plant-specific MRO items on periodic basis and monitor stock of spares and other inventory to take necessary action, where necessary
- Support in turnaround/ shutdown planning and monitor execution as per established processes & procedures adhering to safety & quality standards and in line with CoE - REAM philosophy
- Maintain current job list in CMMS for non-shutdown, opportunity shutdown and shutdown jobs, as well as implement work order and related process in CMMS to monitor the usage
- Support in performing root cause analysis, incident investigation, APM, audits, etc. ; Provide inputs to Reliability Groups on Maintenance Plans for its effectiveness in reliability improvement and optimisation of maintenance
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify future capital expenditures identified through maintenance activities
- Prepare First Failure Information Report for future reference
- Review Service Certification for ARC Contracts
- Oversee common MRP SKU's Procurement and Issue Management
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting -
- Review daily LLF reports/maintenance and process log books to identify new jobs
- Prepare and share MIS report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance planning, execution & REAM, including schedule adherence, budget variance, and resource utilization to ensure timely completion of planned activities
- Track metrics for maintenance performance measurement and communicate results to relevant stakeholders for corrective actions
- Implement and own master data at the site and drive technical object management for effective maintenance planning
- Track and expedite implementation of Recommendations from RCA/Incident Investigation/APM/Audits etc.
- Policies, Processes and Procedures -
- Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures
Necessary: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil including variant)
- Necessary: - Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance/ planning in similar or leading industries
- Well versed with planning and scheduling systems/tools like SAP-PM, SAP-MM and MS Project
- Maintenance management including business processes and systems
- Understanding of risk-based work selection
- Good interpersonal skills
