Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Location: Thrissur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to engage with prospective students and customers, generate leads, and support the admissions and sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Explain courses, programs, and services effectively
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain lead records
- Schedule appointments for counselors and sales executives
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain CRM updates and call reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
