About the Role:
We are looking for highly creative and passionate 3D Designers and 3D Art Directors to join a leading luxury design agency in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of experiential and spatial design, with the ability to conceptualise and visualise premium event and exhibition spaces. You will play a key role in transforming creative ideas into immersive brand experiences through innovative 3D designs and high-quality visualisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative 3D concepts for luxury events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential marketing projects.
- Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for client pitches and project executions.
- Design event spaces including stages, registration areas, booths, experience zones, retail displays, and installations.
- Prepare detailed layouts, production drawings, and fabrication-ready designs.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, client servicing, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into compelling and innovative design concepts.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, functionality, and premium aesthetics.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, lighting techniques, and experiential technologies.
- Participate in client presentations and provide design recommendations when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in luxury events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, retail design, or spatial design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design and visualisation projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Lumion / Blender / Cinema 4D (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning, materials, lighting, and fabrication processes.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
