Manager – Ecommerce & Digital Marketing (PinkBlue.in)
Job Summary: PinkBlue.in is a fast-growing B2B healthcare ecommerce platform offering dental supplies, instruments, equipment, and medical-grade consumables at wholesale prices to dentists, clinic owners, dental labs, and healthcare institutions across India. We are looking for a Manager – Ecommerce & Digital Marketing to drive qualified buyer acquisition, grow online revenue, and scale our digital presence in the dental and medical supplies category. The ideal candidate understands B2B buyer behavior, performance marketing, and ecommerce funnel optimization — and can translate that into measurable business growth for pinkblue.in.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta to drive qualified traffic and orders from dentists, clinics, and dental labs.
2. B2B Buyer Acquisition: Develop strategies to reach and convert professional buyers — dental practitioners, procurement managers, and clinic chains — through targeted digital marketing.
3. Ecommerce Storefront Management: Manage the pinkblue.in product catalogue, listings, pricing visibility, and promotional offers to maximize conversion and average order value.
4. SEO & Organic Growth: Drive organic traffic through category and product-level SEO — targeting high-intent search queries from dental professionals looking to buy supplies online.
5. Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify and fix funnel drop-offs; run A/B tests on landing pages, product pages, CTAs, and checkout flows to improve purchase rates.
6. Performance Reporting: Own key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, repeat purchase rate — and report weekly and monthly with clear insights and action plans.
7. Retargeting & Retention: Build retargeting flows for high-intent visitors and re-engagement campaigns for lapsed buyers; leverage WhatsApp and email for repeat order nudges.
8. Catalogue & Category Marketing: Work with the catalogue team to ensure products are well-described, well-priced, and well-positioned for online discoverability and conversion.
9. Marketplace Strategy: Evaluate and manage presence on relevant B2B or healthcare marketplaces as an additional channel alongside the D2C website.
10. Creative & Content Briefs: Brief design and content teams on ad creatives, product banners, and category landing pages aligned to professional buyer expectations.
11. Market & Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor platforms, pricing strategies, and marketing approaches in the dental/medical supplies ecommerce space.
Requirements:
1. 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing and/or ecommerce, with direct ownership of traffic, revenue, or ROAS targets.
2. Strong performance marketing skills across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads — with proven ability to drive qualified conversions, not just traffic.
3. Ecommerce experience — hands-on with managing product listings, purchase funnels, and conversion optimization on a live platform.
4. B2B or professional-buyer marketing exposure — understanding of longer consideration cycles, bulk purchase behavior, and institutional buying patterns.
5. SEO fundamentals — ability to work on category and product-level SEO to drive organic demand from high-intent professional buyers.
6. Analytical mindset — comfortable with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform-level data to make informed decisions.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills — ability to work across catalogue, design, tech, and ops without direct authority.
8. Comfort with a product-heavy catalogue — ability to understand and market technical dental/medical products without a clinical background.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with B2B ecommerce platforms or wholesale/procurement buying journeys.
2. Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
3. Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or email marketing for B2B buyer retention.
4. Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms. Understanding of India's dental supply chain and clinic procurement behavior is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
