We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and accountable eCommerce Project Coordinator who has experience working with cross-functional teams in an eCommerce environment.
The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating projects involving Shopify Developers, SEO Specialists, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, Product Listing Teams, AI Teams, Paid Marketing Teams, and other stakeholders.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every department delivers work on time, identify delays, follow up with employees, resolve blockers, and provide accurate project updates to management.
This is not a technical role. We are looking for someone who can drive execution, maintain accountability, and ensure projects move forward without delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily work across Shopify, SEO, Content, Design, AI, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on assigned tasks and pending work.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Identify blockers and resolve inter-department dependencies.
- Hold team members accountable for deadlines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Conduct stand-up meetings and task review sessions.
- Escalate project delays and performance issues when necessary.
- Maintain project trackers using ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Ensure all departments work together efficiently to meet business goals.
Required Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Account Management.
- Must have worked with an eCommerce company.
- Experience coordinating Shopify Developers, SEO, Designers, Content Writers, Marketing, or Product teams.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Experience using Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
