We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecaller Executives to support our lead generation and business development activities.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and communication-skilled Telecaller Executive responsible for generating leads through outbound calling, identifying potential customers, and maintaining client follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills with the ability to build customer interest and support the sales team in business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and business promotion
- Identify prospective clients and generate qualified business inquiries
- Explain company products and services to customers professionally
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and prospects
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/software
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Prepare daily call reports and lead status updates
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/calling software
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Support, or a related field
- Prior experience in the steel, construction, or industrial products industry will be an added advantage
