Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive B2B sales, manage key accounts, and oversee supplier coordination within the packaging solutions domain. The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through acquisition and management of B2B clients across Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, D2C, Retail, and Manufacturing segments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Identify new opportunities for customized and value-added packaging solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, pricing, contracting, and closure.
2. Key Account Management
- Act as the single point of contact for key customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
- Manage annual rate contracts (ARCs), pricing negotiations, and volume commitments.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely execution, service quality, and issue resolution.
3. Supplier & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with packaging suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost competitiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms to optimize margins.
- Develop alternate supplier base to mitigate risks and ensure continuity.
4. Operations & Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, production, quality, and finance teams.
- Monitor order fulfillment, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.
- Resolve escalations related to delivery timelines, quality issues, and commercial disputes.
5. Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on packaging innovations, sustainability trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend eco-friendly, cost-efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen value proposition.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM/MIS tools.
- Ensure compliance with client agreements, NDAs, and SOPs.
- Prepare business reviews and presentations for stakeholders.
