Position Overview
Plumeria Holidays is seeking a Travel Advisor who can assist customers in selecting and booking suitable holiday packages for domestic and international destinations. The role requires strong client engagement, travel planning knowledge, and the ability to guide travelers through the entire booking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages
- Provide guidance on destinations, travel routes, and accommodation options
- Create customized itineraries and prepare detailed quotations
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinate reservations with hotels, airlines, and travel partners
- Ensure smooth communication with clients before and after bookings
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, and confirmed sales
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel consulting or holiday package sales
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Familiarity with FIT and GIT holiday packages preferred
- Strong communication and client advisory skills
- Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment
- Graduate in any discipline
