- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Experience in documenting and managing business requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirements gathering, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Capability to assess the impact of changes in requirements on project scope and timelines.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
