Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential customers and generate quality leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with potential customers over phone and online.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software (preferred).
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation is an added advantage (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
