- We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Lead Tele Sales Executive to drive software sales and support the daily performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate must actively contact customers on a daily basis, achieve individual sales targets, ensure team target achievement, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Make daily sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Drive team performance to achieve collective monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, demonstrations, and pending opportunities.
- Convert leads into customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.Team Coordination
- Guide and support junior Tele Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Assist team members in handling customer queries and improving conversions.
- Conduct daily sales activity reviews and report progress to management.
- Ensure proper lead management and CRM updates by the team.
- Attend sales expos, trade shows, customer meetings, and marketing events as and when required to promote company products and generate business opportunities.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and closures.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track individual and team sales performance against targets.
- Review and compile daily reports from field sales executives
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams when necessary.
- Ensure timely response to customer requirements and service requests.

Qualification
- Graduate in Any Discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Software Sales, Tele Sales, or Inside Sales.
- Prior experience guiding or coordinating a sales team preferred.
