Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and IT support. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day network issues, device configuration, and system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues
Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
Monitor network performance using management tools
Provide L1/L2 technical support and resolve incidents
Escalate critical issues to senior teams when required
Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
Requirements:
Diploma or Associate Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT or Network Support
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing & switching
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Preferred Certifications:
CCNA
CompTIA Network+
Any relevant networking certification
